What Level of Training can I expect?
End User Training
The ClientTrail system can only be as good as the information put into it and the reports pulled from it. . We will train your staff so that they fully understand the system and how it will benefit their day to day lives. We work on gaining “buy-in’ from your staff. Once a staff member is engaged and positive about ClientTrail, it’s much easier to share information. We work on taking the fear of learning a new system away and building confidence as well as ClientTrail knowledge and skills to your staff.
Training for System Administrators
We also provide comprehensive training for nominated system administrators. These are the chosen key personnel in your organisation responsible for maintaining and modifying the system or installing any updates and improvements. We focus on extensive training for these personnel as they are often the people chosen to train up ongoing ClientTrail users in-house.
Our ClientTrail trainers are experienced and training certified which means they have the in-depth knowledge and skills essential to demonstrate to our client partners how to fully understand ClientTrail.
