Implemented the scheduled task report for Responsible Gambling Fund (RGF) - NSW Communities Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing.

1 Febuary 2010:
We experienced some network performance degradation. The issue was isolated down to Denial of Service (DOS) attack on our partner network. This issue was resolved at approximately 14:00 by blocking the offending hosts. Thank you for pattience and please accept our appologies for any inconveniences cause by this.

ClientTrail: Upgrade the Financial and Gambling Service scheduled standard report for OFT and CFC reports.
